Warm the oven up to 375°F. Put baking parchment paper on a big cookie sheet and line it with it. Make 16 pieces out of the dough. Cut each triangle in half lengthwise with kitchen shears or a knife.

Put about two teaspoons of cheese on the triangle's short side. Start rolling from the triangle's shortest side to the other point and roll each one up.

Place the crescents next to each other on the cookie sheet in a tree form, starting with the trunk and working your way up to the top. Use the picture as a guide.

For 20 to 24 minutes, or until very dark brown. Spread warm butter over the top and sprinkle with parsley.
