EASY 10-MINUTE TIRAMISU

 – 360 g (1 1/2 cups) heavy cream – 60 g (1/2 cup) powdered sugar – 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract – 226 g (8 oz) mascarpone cheese, at room temperature
